For me, personally, Firefox is the browser of choice. I was always IE based in my earlier years of learning web design, but FF's amazing extension support has some awesome web development tools that really make a web designer/developer's job much easier. We'll see what the next version of IE has to offer.
So that's my two cents, what do you prefer?

Firefox- just because of the amazing Javascript support and also all the extensions. IE7 isn't too bad though, although I have discovered a few CSS bugs and JS bugs here that never existed in IE6.
